GUANGZHOU– Electric vehicles aren’t yet measuring up to the hype, car makers in China are finding, as they produce more EVs than they can sell to please government directives.At the Guangzhou Automobile Program, business are considering the challenge of bring in buyers– and creating revenues– while satisfying Beijing’s requirement that electrical cars represent approximately 3%to 4%of their total output in 2019.
