The Old Crown, High Street, Digbeth Birmingham’s first Gin Battle is occurring at Birmingham’s oldest pub, The Old Crown in Digbeth, and pits four gin distilleries against each other.There will be cocktail demonstrations from Birmingham’s best bar tenders and the opportunity
to taste great deals of gin before choosing your favourite.It’s organised by Independent Birmingham. The times for Friday and Saturday are 5.30 pm until midnight, while Sunday is 1pm up until 9pm.
Everyone is provided a token at the start of the night and once you decide your preferred gin, you offer it to that distiller. The one with the most tokens at the end of the night wins the Gin Battle.Read More BBC
