Singer Brings Two Stunning Creations To The Detroit Auto Show
by Jared Rosenholtz
Porsche didn’t pertain to Detroit, but Vocalist Vehicle Design did.
Porsche recently exposed the 2017 991.2 911 Carrera GTS and its numerous variants. The GTS may be the famous engine builder, Ed Pink. The power from the engines goes through a customized Getrag G50 manual transmission from a 964 911. The suspension is supplied by Ohlins and the brakes are Brembo systems. These vehicles may appear like classic 911 models, but they are made from exceptionally light carbon fiber panels. The London coupe utilizes Michelin Pilot Competition slicks, while the Monaco coupe has Michelin Pilot Sport PS2s. Each cars and truck was particularly spec ‘d out by its owner, meaning that no Singer is precisely like another.
