The Denver Broncos' playoff opportunities in 2018 will hinge on exactly what the Broncos do at the quarterback position, whether they include a seasoned free representative, or take their chances with another young novice in the NFL draft.One arm can
modify the instructions of a franchise, and in an interview with Eric Goodman and Les Shapiro of , Ross Tucker of NBCSN says that John Elway's technique may lean towards the recognized commodities readily available in totally free agency.
"I would not be surprised if Elway puts on a full-court press for some of the veterans that might be available, like Kirk Cousins," Tucker said.
"He doesn't strike me as a very patient man," Tucker described of Elway. "I do not know if he has the perseverance to see if another young quarterback can develop when he has all these guys-- Von Miller, and (Aqib) Talib, and Chris Harris, all these men in their prime now-- I have no idea if he's going to want to take a quarterback that high and see if he establishes a year or more down the line."
"I definitely think if the Broncos want to remain in the mix, they absolutely would be in the mix," Tucker continued. "I think there's a very genuine chance that Denver is the most tasty of Kirk Cousins' readily available choices."
